James Schwarz is a real estate professional dedicated to helping residential, farm and ranch buyers and sellers achieve their dreams of owning property.  James was born and raised in Williamson and Milam County. After graduation, James attended Southwest School of Electronics in Austin. He served in the U.S. Airforce and received a license in Aerospace ground equipment. James earned an airframe and powerplant diploma from Cheyenne Aero Tech, received his private and commercial pilot license and was an Agriculture Crop Duster for numerous years.  

James has been farming and ranching his entire life. At age 8 James was driving a tractor for his Dad and helping on the farm, at one time James and his family worked over 4000 acres. James was from a big family and values family life. James pursued his career as an aerial applicator (crop duster) for five years while he continued to dabble in his hobby of farming and ranching his entire life.  James loves traveling and seeing all of God’s Creations. During Hurricane Katrina Crises, James had a calling to transition to performing disaster-housing inspections and worked for FEMA. James then decided to launch his career as a Real estate professional specializing in residential, farm and ranch land buying and selling. James specializes in applying his expertise into market knowledge of residential, farm, land, and ranches.    

James is a hard-working family man with a devotion to God, his wife and children.  James has a passion for outdoors and enjoys working with his cattle and horses. He continually challenges himself on a daily basis by supporting his daughter in her passion for horses. In James spare time, he enjoys making connections with his friends, reading, quality family time, and traveling. James loves to help in his church; he enjoys volunteering and helping others and is active in the Taylor Rodeo Association and various Pony Clubs. James Schwarz is adventurous, dedicated, committed, and loyal. James seeks fulfillment in helping others.
