Bill Edmiston – Transaction Coordinator
Bill joined Chip’s team in 2013 after retiring from State Farm Insurance as an agent for 43 years. Besides old cars and ranching, Bill’s passion is talking on the phone. After a property is put under contract, Bill calls the cooperating agent, escrow officer, loan officer and our client for weekly updates. Bill’s job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that each contract closes on time.
